O R D E R
1. Delay in re-filing is condoned.
2. This transfer petition has been filed seeking
transfer of the proceedings being HMA No.9/2023,
titled as “SH. DIVY SAINI VS. MS. PRIYANKA”, which is
pending before the Family Court No.1, Alwar, Rajasthan
to the Family Court, Dwarka District Courts, Delhi.
3. Heard learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner.
4. We do not find any good ground to accept the
prayer for transfer, as sought for in the present
petition.
5. Accordingly, the transfer petition is dismissed.
6. It goes without saying that the petitioner may
file an application seeking permission to appear
through virtual mode during the proceedings. If such

application is filed, the same shall be considered by
the concerned Court as may be permissible under the
law.
7. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand
closed.
