The petitioner-wife has filed the petition under Section
25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 before this Court
seeking transfer of Hindu Marriage Act Petition No 184 of 2020
titled” Raman Kumar Vs. Poonam Sharma” pending before the Court
of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ambala, Haryana to the Family
Court, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking
into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition,
we direct the transfer of Hindu Marriage Act Petition No 184 of
2020 titled” Raman Kumar Vs. Poonam Sharma” pending before the
Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ambala, Haryana to the
Family Court, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
