UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1 Mr Purvish Malkan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant
submits that the entire dispute arose out of a claim against the appellant of
an amount of Rs 9,42,841, tracing back to the period between May and June
2017 and the appellant would wish to resolve the dispute with the
respondent. He has fairly submitted that the appellant may be required to
deposit the aforesaid amount.
