Heard Mr. Himanshu Sharma, learned counsel for the
petitioner.
Taking note of the duration of sentence and the time
spent under incarceration, I deem it appropriate to allow this
application for exemption from surrendering. The fine amount
should be deposited within two weeks before the Trial Court.
