UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in support

of the application for grant of exemption from surrendering.

The petitioner has been convicted for offences punishable

under Sections 302 and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has undergone sentence only for a period of six

months.

Considering the facts of the case no case is made out for

grant for exemption from surrendering.

I.A. No.157864/2021 is rejected.
