2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that at present both
the parties are living together and are trying to settle the disputes.
3. In view of the aforesaid stand, the present Transfer Petition is
disposed of at this stage.
4. However, in case any cause still survives and the parties are not
able to settle their disputes, the petitioner shall be at liberty to get the
same revived.
5. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
