UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 have been deleted vide order dated
24.9.2024 of the Hon’ble Court.
As per office report, Ld. Counsel for petitioner has failed to
file spare copies for issuance of notice to respondent Nos. 1, 6
and 7.
However, as prayed two days time is granted as a last chance
to the petitioner, for the said purpose.
If spare copies are filed, Registry to issue notice to the
respondent and list again on 3.2.2025.
