As per office report, service is complete on the sole
respondent. Ld. Advocate, Mr.Vaibhav, appearing on behalf
of Mr.Mrinal Kanwar, Advocate-on-record has entered
appearance for the sole respondent and has submitted that
vakalatnama has already been filed yesterday. Registry to
verify and update the records. Four weeks’ time is granted
for filing counter affidavit.
After expiry of four weeks, Registry to process the
matter for listing before the Hon’ble Court, as the Hon’ble
Court vide order dated 23.8.2024 has directed to issue
notice, returnable within four weeks.
