Despite repeated calls, none is present on behalf of the

petitioner.

Mr. Siddharth Mishra, learned Advocate (Mob.No. 9129307900),

who is present in the Court, is appointed as Amicus Curiae (pro

bono). The Registry is directed to issue a paper book of the

matter, in digital form, to the Amicus Curiae.
