The present review petitions are defective. Despite being
informed, learned counsel for the petitioner has not cured the
defects.
Further, there is an inordinate delay of 3435 days in filing
these review petitions.
However, having gone through the review petitions and also
the documents enclosed, we do not find any good ground and reason
to review the order dated 03.12.2013.
Accordingly, the review petitions are dismissed on the ground
of delay as well as on merits.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
