O R D E R
1. The petitioner-wife has filed the present petition before
this Court under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure,
1908 seeking transfer of Divorce Application No.524 of 2024
titled “Amardeep Pal vs. Vidya Devi Pal” filed by the
respondent, pending before the Court of Principal Family
Judge, Varanasi (U.P) to the Competent jurisdictional, Family
Court at Ahmedabad.
2. Despite service, no one has entered appearance on behalf
of the respondent.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and
taking into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer
petition, we allow the transfer petition and direct transfer
of Divorce Application No.524 of 2024 “Amardeep Pal vs. Vidya
Devi Pal” from the Court of Principal Family Judge, Varanasi

(U.P) to the Competent jurisdictional, Family Court at
Ahmedabad.
4. Let the record of the case be transferred without delay.
5. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned court for
compliance.
6. If video conferencing facility is available with the
transferee Court, the benefit of the same shall be extended to
the parties.
