3. The contentions raised by the appellants herein can be
addressed in the Execution Petition filed by the appellants.
4. The appellants have certain other grievances about the non-
compliance of the directions issued by the National Consumer
Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi. For this purpose, the
appellants are at liberty to approach the Commission by invoking
such remedies as are available to them in law for non-compliance of
the judgment and order.
5. With these observations, the civil appeal is disposed of.
6. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
