UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has instead of filing
affidavit of dasti service in respect of the sole respondent,
filed proof of service through registered post, which cannot be
treated as proper dasti service. Hence, ld. Counsel for the
petitioner is granted four weeks time as last opportunity to
file affidavit of dasti service by hand in respect of the sole
respondent.
