UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Learned counsel representing the respective parties jointly submit that
the parties have since resolved their inter se disputes and differences and that
some time may be granted to enable them file a joint application seeking
dissolution of their marriage under Article 142 of the Constitution.
2. Time, as prayed, is granted. Relist the transfer petition on 15th January,
2025. If any joint application is filed, the same may be listed on that date.
