UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The deceased (a worker) who was working in a stone quarry of
the respondent no.2-employer. While performing his duty, he fell
from a height and sustained multiple injuries. He was taken to the
hospital and while recovering in the hospital, he passed away after
more than one month. The petitioners/claimants, being wife and
children of the deceased, moved a claim petition under Section 22
(2) of the Employees Compensation Act before the Ist Additional
