UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

IA Nos. 116341/2024 & 116340/2024:-

The SLP (Civil) Diary No.29286/2021 was dismissed for not

curing the defects vide order dated 03.11.2022. The application for

restoration has been filed with delay of 522 days.

This Court reviewed the explanation and found the delay to be

sufficiently justified, IA No. 116341/2024 is allowed.

It is submitted that defects pointed out by the Registry are

cured and now there are no defects.

Since the defects have been rectified, the order dated
