CIVIL APPEAL NO.10443 OF 2017
ANIL KUMAR BEDI (AHIRWAR) PETITIONER(S)

O R D E R
Despite the fact that there is inordinate delay of
845 days in filing the review petition for which no
satisfactory explanation has been furnished, we have gone
through the review petition on merits. In our opinion, no
case for review of order dated 11.08.2017 is made out.
The review petition is, accordingly, dismissed on
the ground of delay as well as on merits.
