UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
It is represented by learned counsel for the parties that
on 16th December, 2021, matter was taken up before the High Court,
for quashing of the FIR, which was also disposed of, by quashing
FIR.
It is further submitted, that for filing second motion,
the parties have to take steps in divorce proceedings and both
sides requested to adjourn the matter.
In view of the above request, list the matter in the
third week of January, 2022.
In the meanwhile, parties to take required steps in
divorce proceedings.
