UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The matter was called out twice, but no one is

present on behalf of the respondents, despite service.

The High Court set aside the transfer order dated 19th

June, 2013. Four years have gone by and the respondent

has stayed away from the transferred post. In our

opinion, since he has already stalled his transfer for so

many years, we are of the view that the order of the High

Court deserves to be set aside. We order a...
