At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents submitted
that the parties had arrived at a settlement and the same has been
signed by all of them except for respondent no.2, who is in Army
and presently posted in the State of Jammu and Kashmir. Thus, time
was sought to get the agreement signed by him also.
