Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petition has been filed seeking transfer of Marriage
Petition No. 156/2022 titled as “Jitendra Nirhuram Yadav Vs. Shashi
Prabha“ pending in the Court of Civil Court Senior Division, Thane
to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court Gorakhpur, Uttar
Pradesh.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, we
deem it fit and proper to allow this transfer petition.
Accordingly, the proceedings in Marriage Petition No. 156/2022
titled as “Jitendra Nirhuram Yadav Vs. Shashi Prabha“ pending in
the Court of Civil Court Senior Division, Thane are transferred to
the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court Gorakhpur, Uttar
Pradesh.
The Transfer Petition stands allowed accordingly.
Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
