It is not in dispute that all the co-

accused in the case have been ordered to be

enlarged on bail by the High Court. Hence, a

case is made for grant of bail.

Accordingly, we direct that the

appellant shall be enlarged on bail on such

terms and conditions as may be fixed by the

trial Court.
