O R D E R
1. Leave granted.
2. Heard Mr. Chandan Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing
for the appellant. Also heard Mr. Vanshaja Shukla, learned
counsel appearing for the respondent.
3. We have considered the pleadings in the case. The appellant
and the respondent are both Government servants and the plea
here is for transfer of the divorce case filed by the respondent
from the Family Court at Bhopal to the Family Court at Indore.
The parties are in agreement for transfer of the said pending
case to the Family Court, Indore.
4. Taking note of the above submission of the counsel for the
parties, this appeal is allowed by setting aside the order
passed by the High Court on 23.09.2021. Accordingly, the
RCS/HM/189/2019 titled “Jitendra Solanki v. Deepmala Solanki”
pending before the Court of First Additional Principal Judge,
Family Court, Bhopal is directed to be transferred to the
competent court at Indore.
