Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Having regard to the previous order dated 08.11.2019
passed by this Court, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the
instant Miscellaneous Application with a direction to (i) the
Director General of Prisons, Madhya Pradesh and (ii) Superintendent
of Central Jail, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh to process, consider and
decide the application dated 28.11.2019, moved by the petitioner
for his pre-mature release in accordance with Law/Rules/Policy
within two months from today.
