The Court is convened through Video Conferencing.
Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and
taking into consideration the period already spent by the
petitioner in custody, i.e., since 7-8-2019, but without expressing
any opinion on the merits of the case, we deem it a fit case to
release him on bail.
