We have heard learned counsel for the respective
parties.
In order to explore the possibility of a settlement
in the matter, inasmuch as whether the petitioners could
pay an amount to the respondents-plaintiffs so as to settle
the dispute, the matter stands adjourned to 11.12.2024.
