O R D E R
We are informed that the parties have arrived at a settlement before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre on 10.8.2010. As per settlement agreement the petitioner has agreed to make an application in MS No.96/2009 before the Family Court, Dumka (Jharkhand) for a decree of annulment as per the agreed terms and the respondent has agreed to withdraw MC No.110/2009 on the file of Principal Judge, Munger, Bihar. The parties have also agreed on certain terms. In view of the above settlement, this Transfer Petition does not survive and accordingly closed.
2. The parties may report compliance of other terms to the Family Court, Dumka. We are sure that the Family Court, Dumka will dispose of the matter in view of the settlement, without delay.
