1. The instant application seeks impleadment of D.S.
Pinka, who is claimed to have purchased two plots
measuring 100 and 200 sq. yards from Suraj Pal Singh
(respondent no.1). The IA is disposed of with liberty to
the applicant to pursue his remedy as per law.
2. Further, as no one else has come forward to seek
impleadment in place of the General Power of Attorney
holder, M.S. Hanspaul, we direct that the claim for
payment of compensation in terms of the order, which we
propose to pass on merits of the case, shall be

determined by the Reference Court in accordance with law.
