Applications for impleadment are rejected.
Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the
appellant.
We had permitted the appellant to file the documents
on record to show that more than 70 home-buyers had
authorised the present appellant to prefer an appeal on
their behalf before the National Company Law Appellate
Tribunal (NCLAT). The documents which have been produced by
the appellant along with the affidavit dated 28th November,
2024 show that the other buyers had authorised the present
appellant to file an application before the NCLAT, MUmbai.
There is no authorisation to prefer an appeal.

In view of this position, we cannot find fault with
the finding of fact recorded in paragraphs 32 and 33 of the
impugned judgment by the NCLAT. Accordingly, the appeal is
dismissed.
