O R D E R
1. Having heard Mr. Yashraj Singh Deora, learned senior
counsel appearing for the appellant(s) and having
considered the facts and circumstances of the case, we are
of the opinion that the National Consumer Disputes
Redressal Commission has not committed any error in law or
fact.
2. In our opinion, it will be in the best interest of
all the parties if the appellant and respondent sit
together and resolve the issues that are pending between
them in view of the fact that they live together in the
same society. We make it clear that this is only a

suggestion of the Court.
3. The Civil Appeal is accordingly dismissed.
