sole petitioner in terms Judgment of the Hon’ble Court in K.
Bhaskaran Vs. Sankaran Vaidhyan Balan and Another, (1999) 7
Supreme Court Cases 510 and Registrar Court’s order dated
13.10.2023 passed in T.P. (C) No. 2090/2019, but none has
entered appearance.
As such, Registry to process the matter for listing before
the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions.
