UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
We are not inclined to interfere with the order
passed by the High Court.
The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly,
dismissed. Pending Application(s), if any, shall
stand disposed of.
However, in the facts and circumstances of this
case, we grant three months time from today to the
petitioners to deliver vacant and peaceful possession
of the property. Usual undertaking in this regard
shall be filed within two weeks in the Registry of this
Court.
