O R D E R
1. By way of this Transfer Petition, the petitioner
seeks transfer of proceedings being RCS No.127 of 2020,
titled “Rahul Chaturvedi vs. Sheelu Chaturvedi & Anr.“,
pending before the Court of the learned Principal Judge,
Family Court, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh to the Family Court,
Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
2. Despite service of notice on respondent no.1, who is
the contesting respondent, no representation on behalf of
him.
3. The grounds raised by the petitioner for transfer
are: she has no source of income; the proceedings inter
se the parties are already pending at Raipur and, also on
account of long distance, she is unable to effectively
defend the proceedings initiated at Bhopal.
4. On such consideration, we are of the view that the
transfer can be allowed. Consequently, the Transfer
Petition is allowed.
5. Accordingly, the proceedings RCS No.127 of 2020,
titled “Rahul Chaturvedi vs. Sheelu Chaturvedi & Anr.“,

pending before the Court of the learned Principal Judge,
Family Court, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh is transferred to
the Family Court, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
6. The records shall be forwarded to the transferee
