Heard Ms. Jasmine Damkewala, learned counsel appearing
for the petitioner(s). Also heard Mr. Anjan Datta, learned
counsel appearing for the respondent(s).
2. In this case, limited notice was issued on 22.05.2024
to explore the possibility of settlement through mediation.
However, the learned counsel for the respondent(s), Mr.
Anjan Datta submits that he has clear instructions that the
respondent No.1 is not at all keen to try mediation.
3. In the above circumstances, the limited notice stands
discharged. The Transfer Petition is accordingly
dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand
closed.
