Ld. counsel for the petitioner is granted two weeks' time
as final opportunity to file fresh particulars in respect of
unserved respondent nos. 4, 8 and 14, fresh steps have been
taken. Dasti in addition is allowed, as prayed. Affidavit of
dasti service be filed within four weeks.
