UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
SLP stands abated with regard to Respondent no.1 for
non-prosecution vide Hon'ble Judge in Chamber's order 18.09.2024.
Respondent nos. 3, 4 and 9 have failed to file counter
affidavit despite the grant of last opportunity. Hence, further
opportunity stands declined.
Four weeks time, is granted to respondent nos.5, 6 and 8 to
file counter affidavit.
Service is complete on respondent nos.2 and 7, but none has
entered appearance.
List again on 06.02.2025.
