O R D E R
1. Leave granted.
2. The appellant was granted interim bail by the High
Court on 20.05.2022 in Case Crime No.312/2019 under
Sections 120B, 201, 409, 447, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of
the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3 of the
Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, registered at Police
Station Ajeem Nagar, District Rampur.
3. The allegations are that the appellant, who was
appointed as Mutawalli of Wakf of Imamuddin Quereshi, was
hands in glove with the main accused (Mohammad Azam Khan)
in forging the records relating to ‘enemy property’,
which had gotten converted as Wakf property. While
granting interim bail, the High Court directed the
appellant to make sincere efforts to get the Civil
Miscellaneous Writ Petition No.24893 of 2015 filed by
him, decided on merits, in a time bound manner.
4. The appellant challenged the above-mentioned
condition imposed on him while granting interim bail
before this Court in SLP(Crl.) No.7219/2022. The said
