As per office report, Petitioner has failed to take fresh
steps and file fresh particulars to effect service on sole
respondent, though last opportunity was granted.
However, as requested, one week’s time as a final opportunity
is granted to do the needful, failing which the matter shall be
processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers for
further directions.
In case of compliance, list the matter again before this
