Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the appellant
and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
Leave granted.
The role attributed to the co-accused-Indrajeet Paswan, who
has been granted bail under the impugned order, is no different
from the role attributed to the appellant. There was no reason for
the High Court to deny bail to the appellant. Accordingly, the
appellant is entitled to be enlarged on bail, pending the trial.
We, therefore, direct that the appellant shall be enlarged on
bail on the same terms and conditions on which the co-accused-
Indrajeet Paswan has been ordered to be released on bail under the
impugned order.
The Appeal is, accordingly, allowed.
