1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioners are seeking transfer of the money suit bearing Original Suit
No.6008 of 2023, titled as “Sunil Kumar @ Sunil Kumar Saxena vs. Tripti Mathur &
Anr.” pending before the Court of XVI Additional Judge, City Civil Court, District-
Chennai, Tamil Nadu to the Court of competent jurisdiction, Civil Court, District-
Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
3. We find no good reason to entertain this petition and to transfer the case.
4. The transfer petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Pending application(s), if
any, shall stand disposed of.
5. However, the petitioners are permitted to appear through video
conferencing in the concerned court.
