Ors.” pending before the I Additional Special Judge for CBI Case
New Premises of the City Criminal Court Complex, Napally, Hyderabad
to the Court of Special Judge for CBI Cases Gorakhpur.
The transfer petition at the instance of the petitioner who is
the accused in the case, can not be entertained.
The petition is dismissed.
