Respondent no.1 has filed counter affidavit.
Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has filed spare copy in
respect of respondent no.2 but complete address has not been
filed. However, ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that
respondent no.2 is a proforma respondent and there is no need to
serve him. He is at liberty to file necessary application.
