1. Though, the earlier round of mediation has not been
successful, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the
petitioner – wife is ready to stay with the respondent – husband.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent states that, however,
before the Mediator, she had denied to stay with the respondent -
husband.
3. Let both of them again go to the Mediator, Supreme Court
Mediation Centre, for again exploring the possibility of
settlement.
4. List after four weeks.
