UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The Office has placed on record a letter dated 12.07.2024 for
withdrawal of the SLP signed by Mr. R.C. Kaushik, learned advocate-
on-record, appearing for the petitioner. It is stated in the letter
that the petitioner has availed the remedy under Section 47 of the
Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and therefore, he does not wish to
press the present Special Leave Petition.
2. In view of the above, the Special Leave Petition is dismissed
as withdrawn.
