UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
As per office report, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has
filed only spare copy but has not filed fresh particulars of the
sole respondent.
It has been submitted by Ld. Counsel for the petitioner
that fresh particulars of the concerned District Court, Etawaha
have already been furnished in compliance of order dated
14.10.2024. Registry to verify and update the records. If
fresh particulars have not been filed, two weeks’ time, as last
opportunity, is granted to the Ld. counsel to file fresh
particulars.
