failed to provide fresh particulars for service of notice on
unserved respondents No.5 and 6.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that insofar
as Respondent No.5 is concerned, he had been proceeded ex parte by
the Trial Court and therefore service of notice upon him may be
