O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Since similar matters have been transferred, we are inclined
to allow these transfer petitions and accordingly, it is directed
that Writ Petition Nos. 9134 of 2014, 9161 of 2014 and 9099 of
2014 titled Maithon Power Limited vs. The Union of India & Ors.,
pending before the High Court of Judicature at Delhi be
transferred to this Court and registered as transfer cases.
After being so registered, they shall be listed along with the
connected matters for hearing.
Accordingly, the transfer petitions are allowed.
