WITH
CIVIL APPEAL NO.______/2024 [ARISING OUT OF SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (CIVIL) No.12897/2024]
O R D E R
1. None appears for the respondents.
2. Leave granted.
3. Heard learned counsel appearing for the appellant.
The impugned orders dated 27th March, 2024 are the interim
orders. The High Court has passed very drastic interim
orders directing the appellants to post the respondents in
a particular zone.
4. In the facts of the case, such a drastic interim order
could not have been passed by the High Court. Accordingly,
the impugned orders are set aside.
5. We, however, make it clear that all contentions of the
respondents in the pending petition shall remain open which
2
can be considered by the High Court at the time of final
hearing.
6. The appeals are accordingly allowed.
7. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed
of.
