This transfer petition has been filed on behalf of the wife, inter alia, praying for transfer of M.C.No. 2223 of 2009, titled K.Sandeep Nayak Vs. Seema Nayak, pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore, to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Sholapur, Maharashtra. Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the respective parties and having particular regard to ground (a) of the transfer petition, as also the fact that the petitioner is suffering from physical disability, we allow the transfer petition and direct that the aforesaid case, pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore, be transferred to the District Judge, Sholapur, Maharashtra, to be heard and decided by a Court of competent jurisdiction.
