UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copies

as well as amended memo of parties, till date.

This Court vide order dated 15.07.2024 directed the State not

to arrest the petitioner.

This Court on 13.11.2024 has granted time to file spare copies

to learned counsel for the petitioner in respect of unserved sole

respondent, however, the same has not been done.

Registry to process the matter for listing before the Court

after two weeks.
